The system integrates a web-based clerk application through which designated employees give priority to the next person in line, send messages on how to spend their waiting time and cancel unused tickets. The customer web-based application enables the issuance of e-tickets with the use of QR codes. Through its User Interface, the application provides the average waiting time, the number of people in line, interesting information on how customers can spend their waiting time or any other information. When integrated with the Digital Signage Software – Screens, Lines provides important information regarding queues, and integrated with Touch Screen Devices –Kiosks, can be used to print tickets.
